- Corporate income tax 12.5% of taxable net profit; minimum tax CHF 1,800, creditable (SteG Art. 61, 62).
- Minimum capital: GmbH CHF 10,000, AG CHF 50,000, fully paid in (PGR Art. 122).
- Liechtenstein is an EEA member; the legal tender is the Swiss franc. The LLV states this under Formation.
- The LLV states no fixed processing time for the register entry. We therefore do not write “lean bureaucracy” or a guaranteed duration.

A GmbH and an AG need at least one board member with signing authority, an EEA link and a trustee licence, with the exceptions in Art. 180a(3) PGR. Two ways: your own member resident in the EEA or Switzerland, or a licensed Liechtenstein trustee. For a branch, Art. 239 PGR applies: Digihub offers or arranges the representative. We do not name a trustee firm.

Every legal person needs a seat in Liechtenstein that belongs in the articles. By agreement, In der Specki 3, 9494 Schaan (next to Vaduz) can be the seat, business address and premises of a company or branch. Private Offices are available (from CHF 549 / month). Without an agreement the address is not your seat. An address alone is not substance.

Not every form needs a notary.
AG: articles in a public deed (Art. 281 PGR). GmbH: notarised, or the simplified procedure without a deed if there are at most three shareholders and one managing director (Art. 390(5)); signatures are certified. LVC: written articles (Art. 484). From abroad: video with eID.li.

The register entry is not the last step. The LLV keeps formation, trade and tax separate. Digihub does not do this automatically.

The LLV states no fixed processing time. For the LVC the internal target is seven days to filing-ready — not to the register entry. The office has its own clock. We do not promise a date.
