LEGAL FORM
Liechtenstein
Venture Cooperative
The LVC is not a separate statute. It is the small cooperative used for innovation. Founders put idea, work or capital into a legal person. Shares record the contribution. Entry in the Liechtenstein commercial register is optional and useful.
Not legal advice. Agents can pay and start. Humans stay in the loop for KYC, acceptance and filing. Prices and timelines may change; official fees are separate.

Frequently asked questions
What is an LVC?
Not a separate statute, but the small cooperative under Art. 483 et seq. PGR, used to develop an innovation together. Founders contribute idea, work or capital; shares record the contribution.
Is the company called "… Venture Cooperative"?
No. The company name is "[Name] Genossenschaft". Do not double the legal form.
Who can be a member?
Natural or legal persons. Digihub's founding path needs at least two identifiable people; legal persons as members make KYC and beneficial-owner checks more complex.
Can an LVC become an AG later?
Conversion is conceivable, but there is no button in the agent flow and no seven-day AG pack. It needs its own resolutions, the right form and often advice. If you want investor equity from day one, look at the AG path.
Is the LVC the same entity as digihub.li?
No. digihub.li is an existing cooperative in Schaan. A new LVC has a new name, its own seat in the statutes and its own Art. 1016 PGR name check.
