Registered office and business address in Liechtenstein

Registered office, business address, service address and business premises in Liechtenstein, kept apart. How In der Specki 3 in Schaan can, by agreement, be your registered address, also for a branch.

In short

  • The registered office (seat) is the address in your articles and in the commercial register. An address does not become your seat just because you work there or receive mail there: it takes an agreement and a matching entry in the articles (seat and domicile).
  • A branch is registered at the place of its business premises or management (Office of Justice fact sheet).
  • Anyone running a trade must show business premises in Liechtenstein suited to the business purpose (Trade Act Art. 16) and name a domestic service address (Trade Act Art. 11).
  • At the hub at In der Specki 3 this is possible by agreement: as registered and business address and as business premises, also for a branch. We also offer or arrange a local representative or service address under PGR Art. 239.

By agreement, In der Specki 3 can be your registered office and the address and business premises of your branch. The basis is a domicile agreement, optionally combined with a Private Office or Full Desk. For branches of foreign companies we also offer or arrange the local representative or domestic service address under PGR Art. 239. The Office of Economic Affairs checks whether the premises suit your business purpose. Without an agreement you cannot simply use the address: the Specki address myth.
