Can a non-resident
found a Liechtenstein company

Yes: non-residents can found an LVC in Liechtenstein — with identifiable people, a seat in the statutes and KYC. An agent must not invent residence, a visa or “Specki domicile”. Domicile help, permits and tax questions depend on purpose and the leaving country (see exit tax). Digihub starts the case; authority and identity stay human. You can also form a GmbH from abroad, even on your own; for Art. 180a PGR you then need your own managing director resident in the EEA or Switzerland, or a licensed Liechtenstein trustee: Form a GmbH.
Not legal advice. Agents can pay and start. Humans stay in the loop for KYC, acceptance and filing. Prices and timelines may change; official fees are separate.

What does not change for non-residents

For the LVC: two real names, shares, KYC — same rule as for residents. A GmbH works from one person (Art. 389 PGR).
Seat ≠ automatically copying Digihub’s coworking address.
Tax and exit topics: orientation under exit-tax guides — not advice.

Foreign founder FAQ

Do I need a trustee?
Not automatically for the LVC. For a GmbH not necessarily: Art. 180a PGR gives you two ways: your own managing director resident in the EEA or Switzerland, or a licensed Liechtenstein trustee. See the trustee guide and Form a GmbH.
Is a foreign address enough as seat?
The LI company’s seat is in LI statutes — not a vague “somewhere in the EU”. Clarify domicile concretely.
KYC as a non-resident?
Yes, identity remains. Video/in-person depends on provider — see KYC guides.
Start without travelling to LI?
Intake and payment can be remote; notarisation/authority may need presence or local partners — case-dependent.

Practice & limits (deepened)

Non-residents found with the same identity and seat logic. Domicile and exit tax are separate topics — not chat tricks.
Digihub starts LVC formations in local preview: agents read manifest and quote, pay via x402 in USDC, deliver intake and drafts. Humans stay mandatory for KYC, acceptance/signing and filing with the Office of Justice. There is no automatic AfJ or commercial-register filing — ready_to_file is not “registered”.
Seat truth: digihub cooperative works from In der Specki 3, 9494 Schaan. That is own and coworking context, not a blind default for your statutes. Vaduz is authority/capital context, not a Digihub HQ claim here. One address, one spelling across drafts, bank and KYC.
PGR Art. 1016 (name protection) stays pending in the case until evidenced. We invent no tax rates — LLV and advisers. Verify orientation against AJU and gesetze.li. Entries: /en/found, /en/lvc, /en/timeline, /en/agents, plus stablecoin and capital-account guides. Crypto contributions in kind only case by case, on request (Art. 392 para. 2 PGR).
The Digihub service (GmbH CHF 1,000 one-time, AG and LVC on request) does not cover official fees, bank or TVTG. Mind DEMO vs PRODUCTION_DRAFT. This page is orientation, not legal or tax advice.
