Capital contribution account
Liechtenstein
A capital contribution account is the classic bank path. Crypto or stablecoins are possible at most as a contribution in kind (Art. 392 para. 2 PGR), assessed case by case; we look into it on request, with no commitment. A mere bank statement is not enough.
Not legal advice. Orientation on proof of paid-in capital in Liechtenstein — bank path as the standard, crypto contribution in kind only case by case. Binding requirements: the authority or your adviser.
Two paths

| Contribution in kind (crypto) | case by case only | Statement in the articles + valuation (Art. 392 para. 2 PGR; AG: Art. 285 PGR), on request only |

Is a bank statement enough?
No. The register wants the correct liberating evidence, not just a balance PDF.
