Legal-form choices in Liechtenstein are governance and liability choices — not landing-page optics. The LVC as a small cooperative (orientation: PGR Art. 483 et seq., verify details against gesetze.li/AJU) fits when idea, work and capital are shared. AG and GmbH follow different capital and investor logic; establishment and foundation solve administration or purpose questions.
