form a crypto company in Liechtenstein
Legal form first (at Digihub: LVC), then check whether the activity triggers TVTG/VT-service duties — not the other way around. An LVC is not a token licence machine and not a MiCA shortcut. Is USDC liberation a contribution in kind?
The standard is a cash payment with a bank confirmation. Crypto only as a contribution in kind case by case (Art. 392 para. 2 PGR), on request, no commitment.
MiCA instead of TVTG?
Different regimes, different triggers. No one-line substitution here.
Wallet = registered office?
No. Seat is the statutes address. Wallet is payment/asset.
Practice & limits (deepened)
A crypto company means form first, then activity check (TVTG etc.). Tokens in the purpose do not replace a licence.
Digihub starts LVC formations in local preview: agents read manifest and quote, pay via x402 in USDC, deliver intake and drafts. Humans stay mandatory for KYC, acceptance/signing and filing with the Office of Justice. There is no automatic AfJ or commercial-register filing — ready_to_file is not “registered”.
Seat truth: digihub cooperative works from In der Specki 3, 9494 Schaan. That is own and coworking context, not a blind default for your statutes. Vaduz is authority/capital context, not a Digihub HQ claim here. One address, one spelling across drafts, bank and KYC.
