Two identifiable people are Digihub’s gov-seed minimum: real name, role, share, KYC. Invented co-founders, “anonymous” signing or chat placeholders are hard stops. Spouses can be the second person — with a real role, not decoration.
Non-residents found with the same identity logic. Residence, visa or tax residence are not invented by the agent. UBOs/beneficial owners must be visible where identity and register logic require it. Trusts or legal-person members raise complexity and advice needs.
