What information does Digihub need to incorporate?

Company name ("[Name] Genossenschaft"), seat, a one-to-two-sentence purpose, at least two people with full names, shares adding up to 100%, a signing rule and KYC over a secure track.

May the agent fill in missing data?

No. The agent asks. It does not guess nationalities, birth dates or shares.

Can Digihub's address be our seat?

Not automatically. Digihub works at Specki 3, 9494 Schaan — that is not a default for your statutes. Your seat is what your statutes say: one address, one spelling.

What about signing authority?

It is never silently set to sole signing; signing follows the resolution.
