How long does
the commercial-register entry really take

Digihub’s seven days mean filing-ready — not “entered in the commercial register”. The 7-day timeline ends with a draft pack and ready_to_file. AfJ and the register have their own processing time. Promising “on the register in a week” confuses SLA and authority time.
Not legal advice. Agents can pay and start. Humans stay in the loop for KYC, acceptance and filing. Prices and timelines may change; official fees are separate.

Two clocks: SLA vs. authority

Digihub formation delivers statutes and resolutions as drafts. A human files — no automatic AfJ filing.
The voluntary Liechtenstein commercial register protects the name (PGR Art. 1016 — check pending until evidenced). Entry time: authority capacity and completeness.
The Digihub service (GmbH CHF 1,000 one-time, AG and LVC on request) does not cover official fees. Register and tax are separate steps after.

Practice & limits (deepened)

Digihub formation practice: machine-readable manifest and quote, x402 USDC payment, intake with name (“… Genossenschaft”), purpose, two real names, shares and seat, then draft pack and status JSON. Target SLA: seven days to filing-ready. ready_to_file does not mean “on the commercial register” or “AfJ stamped”.
PGR Art. 1016 protects against confusing names; Digihub keeps the check pending until evidence exists. The agent does not confirm “available”. Register entry is optionally recommended (name protection, visibility); authority time is separate. Pack prices from the quote; official fees often CHF extra.
Liberation and capital paying-in are separate rails: the standard is a cash payment with a bank confirmation, crypto only as a contribution in kind case by case — capital-account and stablecoin guides. Contributions in kind: Art. 391 para. 5 and 392 para. 2 PGR. Start: /en/found, /en/timeline, /en/pricing, /en/agents.
Specifically on «How long does the commercial-register entry really take?»: Digihub’s seven days mean filing-ready, not “on the register”. The authority has its own clock. Citing “on the register in a week” confuses SLA and official time. After ready_to_file a human files. Preview prices do not cover the authority. This deepening is preview orientation — not legal or tax advice. Verify against AJU, gesetze.li and advisers. Entries: found, LVC, guides.
