Can an unregistered LI LVC hold Italian real-world assets?
In Digihub member practice: yes — Italian RWA (e.g. property) were held through such a structure. Experience, not a guarantee or Digihub product promise. Notary, cadastre, tax and KYC still need local counsel.
Do the Italian assets show on the LI register extract?
No. The extract covers the company (when registered), not the Italian plot. Unregistered means the LVC itself is not on the extract — RWA would not be an HR line anyway.

Do I still need Italian counsel?
